EEC is proud to manufacture the MZ6138T, a combined Catalytic Converter and Diesel Particulate filter (DPF) developed for selected Mercedes-Benz C200 W205 BlueTEC applications.

Designed for Euro 6 emissions systems, this close coupled unit integrates two essential emissions control components into a single assembly, helping to reduce harmful exhaust emissions in modern diesel vehicles.

Manufactured in the UK, the MZ6138T demonstrates EEC’s expertise in emissions technology and its commitment to producing quality aftermarket solutions. With extensive experience in catalytic converter and DPF manufacturing, we develop application-specific products designed to meet the requirements of individual vehicle systems.

A key part of this capability is our in-house coating operation, managed by Revcoat Technologies at our UK facility. This specialist facility enables us to apply precious metal coatings to our catalytic converters and DPFs in-house, giving us greater control over a critical stage of the manufacturing process. Combined with our technical knowledge and manufacturing experience, this supports our continued development of emissions products for the evolving automotive aftermarket.

Featuring a close coupled fitting position, the unit measures 535mm in length and weighs 6kg. The corresponding fitting kit is KIT1037, providing the associated installation components for the application.
