Dayco’s facilities in Burolo, Ivrea and Chieti have been recognized as among Italy’s elite, in the latest ‘Italy’s Best Employers’ ranking of the country’s top 450 companies.

In the rankings, more than 20,000 employees from 4,500 companies, representing 20 different sectors were asked if they would recommend their employer to friends and family, as well as their opinions of their working environment, renumeration, wellbeing and training opportunities.

After all the analysis, Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries, was not only ranked as one of the best companies within the ‘Metal and Plant Engineering’ business sector, with a score of 8.62, it was also one of the highest in the overall standings, endorsing the fact that, as well as manufacturing world class components for both original equipment and aftermarket, it’s also a great place to work.
