Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries, is pleased to announce that Marco Meliga joins Dayco as its new Managing Director, EMEA Aftermarket, effective 1st September, reporting to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Craig Frohock, and joining the Dayco Executive Leadership Team.
Marco has considerable experience of both the original equipment and aftermarket sectors of the automotive industry. Beginning his career at Valeo, where he worked in various roles in the engineering, program management and sales departments, he then spent 11 years with Meritor, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the European sales and marketing division, before becoming Managing Director EMEA Aftermarket. Over the past six years he has been the CEO of the Algo Group, Managing Director of the Facet Group and most recently, the CEO of the Rototech Group.
Commenting on his appointment, Marco said: “I am delighted to join such a technologically advanced and well respected manufacturer, and look forward to building strong relationships within the Dayco family and with our valued partners.
