Waldemar Bach joins Schaeffler VLS UK Limited as Territory Manager for Wales and the South West

Schaeffler VLS UK Limited is has strengthened its sales team by recruiting a new Territory Manager to work with customers in Wales and the South West.

Waldemar brings over 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, with a strong track record in building customer relationships, driving growth, and delivering consistent commercial results.

In his new role, he will focus on supporting customers across the region and strengthening Schaeffler’s presence in the market.

Waldemar commented: “I’m excited to join a professional company like Schaeffler, known for its quality products and outstanding support. Throughout my career, I have always prioritised delivering comprehensive value rather than competing on price alone. I look forward to working closely with my customers and supporting them at the level they deserve.”

Outside of work, Waldemar enjoys an active lifestyle, including gym training, skiing, martial arts and spending quality time with his family. He is a also a proud father, supporting his son’s ambition to become a mechanical engineer in the aviation industry, as well as his daughter’s professional dance career.
