AS-PL Expands Global Product Visibility in the TecDoc Catalogue

Wednesday 16 Apr 2025

We expanded our collaboration with the renowned automotive data provider – TecAlliance. The visibility of our product data in the TecDoc catalogue has been enhanced. TecDoc is one of the world’s leading sources of information for the aftermarket industry.

The previous contract, which covered the European region, has been extended to additional continents and international markets. This means that catalogue users from almost every corner of the globe can now conveniently search for and identify AS-PL brand products.

New regions included in the collaboration:

  • Oceania: Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
  • Africa: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Comoros, Ivory Coast, Djibouti, Eritrea, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Thanks to this update, data about AS-PL products – including alternators, starters, and their components – is now available to a broader audience, significantly increasing their availability in the international supply chain.

An example of this new functionality is the “TecDoc Centro America” catalogue, which combines data in TecDoc and ACES & PIES standards – commonly used in the Americas. Importantly, users from Central American countries have free access to this catalogue, facilitating and speeding up the parts selection process.

Expanding AS-PL’s presence in TecDoc is another step in the implementation of our internationalization strategy and improving product availability in markets worldwide. This ensures even greater convenience for our business partners and end customers, along with access to always up-to-date product data.
