Cataclean supports workshops this spring with its PowerShot Bike solution

Tuesday 21 Apr 2026

With the arrival of spring, technicians across the UK are seeing more motorbikes in their workshops following the winter period, when engines can often suffer from starting issues and reduced throttle response. Leading additives brand Cataclean is supporting garages with its specialised PowerShot solution, designed to be easily integrated into routine servicing.

Maddie Bamber, Key Account Manager at Cataclean, commented: “Fuel and exhaust systems can be heavily impacted by a build-up of harmful carbon deposits after a period of inactivity, which affects performance and reduces power. Cataclean’s PowerShot Bike solution is formulated to combat these issues directly.”

Cataclean PowerShot Bike actively cleans carbon deposits from valves, injectors and the exhaust system to improve engine power and torque. In addition to a smoother-running engine, the solution can help reduce carbon emissions by up to 60 percent, helping users stay environmentally responsible.

Bamber added, “All of Cataclean’s products help engines start more easily and are designed with convenience in mind. For workshops and garages, solutions like the PowerShot Bike can be easily incorporated into routine servicing, helping address common issues linked to carbon build-up, with minimal additional time”

In addition to PowerShot Bike, the range also includes PowerShot Tool & Garden. Fit for both two-stroke and four-stroke engines, the range is suitable for a variety of applications, including motorbikes, lawnmowers, chainsaws, generators and other garden equipment.

The Cataclean Powershot range is part of Cataclean’s leading 8-in-1 fuel and exhaust system cleaner product portfolio. You can find out more at https://cataclean.com/
