IAAF hosted an amazing five-a-side football tournament on Thursday 22nd May 2025, at the bet365 Stadium, home of Stoke City Football Club.
A great day of football and networking means this event will be repeated in 2026.
With 24 teams playing the results were as follows:
Teams experienced the exclusive use of the stadium facilities, including both home and away changing rooms, and a tunnel line-up with the Champions League anthem. The event was officiated by FA-qualified match officials.
Mark Field, Chief Executive of the IAAF, said: “The feedback from the event has been incredible and underlines the ethos of IAAF, which is to bring the sector together in new and fun ways. Thank you to everyone that made the event so remarkable and also talked about for many months to come.”
