Annual Conference

1. What are the timings for the conference?

The conference networking begins at 9am with the first presentation beginning at 10am. Lunch will be around 12 and the conference will end at 3pm with an hour of networking till 4pm.

2. Where does the conference take place?

The conference takes place in main ballroom on the first floor.

3. What is the dress code?

Dress code for the conference is Business Attire. Smart Casual is also acceptable.

4. Can I still buy tickets?

Yes, tickets are still available for the conference. Please email angela@iaaf.co.uk

5. Will I be able to grab copies of the presentation?

IAAF will make copies of power points available to members.

Annual Awards Dinner

1. What are the timings of the Annual Awards Dinner?

 The Happy Half Hour begins at 6:30pm in the pre-function room with a call to dinner at 7pm in the main ballroom

2. Can I still buy tickets?

The event is sold out

Double Tree Hilton Hotel

1. What time is check-in?

Check-in is 3pm at the main reception

2. How will I check in?

Just give your name as you usually would when checking in to a hotel. Due to the large volume of rooms booked for the event please bear with the reception staff as there may be some queuing required.

3. What about parking?

Please park on W1 or S1. See hotel direction and parking info here. You must pay for parking via the RingGo app. Download instructions here.

Coaches

If you are booked in to stay at the Mercure the coach will pick you up outside at 6pm to take you to the DoubleTree. The return trip is booked to pick you up outside the DoubleTree at 1.30am to take you back to the Mercure.  Please ensure your prompt arrival to the coach for these times.
