Inspiring journeys into the automotive industry – full season of The Spark Inside Podcast available

Niterra UK Ltd is proud to announce that the full first season of The Spark Inside podcast is now available to stream. Hosted by Christian Hewgill and Becca Knight, this ten-episode series shines a light on the passion, dedication and innovation driving the automotive and motorsport industries.

 

Each episode features inspiring conversations with individuals who have forged unique career paths. Listeners can hear from Charlie Broughton, who made the leap from studying beauty to becoming a BTCC race mechanic, and Jonny Smith, the Fifth Gear presenter and Late Brake Show creator, who recounts his record-breaking electric dragster adventures.

 

British racing driver Max Coates offers insights into sponsorships and career progression, while Jahee Campbell-Brennan, founder of Wavy Dynamics, explains how he carved his own route into motorsport engineering. Louise Baker, founder of Womanic, discusses her mission to challenge stereotypes and empower women in automotive.

 

The series also highlights Chris Neville, a performance specialist for Team GB Speedway, who delves into the science of elite motorsport training, and Phil McGovern, the visionary behind Caffeine & Machine, who transformed a passion project into a thriving community hub for car enthusiasts. Charlie Keable shares his journey from valeting to becoming a two-time Niterra Salesperson of the Year, while educator Robert Stanger discusses the importance of apprenticeships in the ever-changing automotive industry.

 

The season concludes with endurance racer Charlie Martin reflecting on her mission to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and promote inclusivity in motorsport.
