We’ve introduced a product comparison tool to the AS-PL catalog — the first of several new features planned for 2025. Its goal is to improve the functionality and practicality of the website. The tool makes it easier to choose between similar alternators, starters, and components — especially helpful given that we offer around 30,000 parts!

How to Use It?

On the product page (e.g., for regulator ARE0065S), click the “Compare” button located in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the stock availability information. You can also do this directly from the search results list — in this case, the button is at the bottom of each result, next to the OE number.

After adding a few products, you can access the comparison tool by clicking the red “Comparison (x)” button (where “x” is the number of selected products), visible in the lower right corner of the page.

The comparison tool displays all key parameters of the selected parts, such as voltage, stock availability, and whether the product is new or remanufactured. You can also enlarge the images to full size and easily remove items from the list.
