7000 votes cast in garage awards

More than 7000 votes have been cast in the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards, hosted by IAAF and headline sponsored by LKQ Euro Car Parts. The now full event takes place on Wednesday 7 June at Hilton Metropole NEC.

The awards will celebrate the very best of the garage industry and acknowledge the commitment and dedication independent garages and technicians have made to ensuring affordable mobility in the UK over the past few years.

There are eight award categories including: Garage of the Year, Best Independent Garage (Single-Site), Best Independent Garage (Multi-Site), Best Community initiative, ‘Auto-Mechanik’ of the year, Best Marketing, Best Customer Service and the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

Winners of the awards will be announced on the evening of 7 June after day two of the Automechanika Birmingham show. The event includes networking opportunities, prize giving, a three-course meal and entertainment from Ian Moore.
