Arnold Clark Autoparts announces its Supplier of the Year

Arnold Clark Autoparts has announced the winner of its prestigious Supplier of the Year award, recognising efforts in parts availability and customer service throughout the last year.
Braking specialist TMD Friction has scooped the highly sought-after accolade, following an exacting judging process undertaken by Arnold Clark Autoparts staff.
Craig McCracken, group factor manager at Arnold Clark Autoparts, said:
“It’s a pleasure to recognise our suppliers’ service to our expanding branch network, and kudos to TMD Friction for winning this year’s Supplier of the Year award.
“Nominations come from across the business to recognise the efforts made by aftermarket suppliers to provide unrivalled levels of customer service and demonstrate a product range that serves an extensive area of the vehicle parc.”
In addition to this year’s winners TMD Friction, the suppliers shortlisted were previous winners First Line, plus BGA, BM Catalysts, and Klarius.

The awards reflected more than ten companies’ outstanding efforts during 2022 across several categories including ease of ordering, availability of stock, warranty handling and technical support.
