AS-PL headquarters will soon significantly expand

A new building will be constructed next to the current headquarters on Michałki Street in Gdańsk. The project is managed by Dekpol Budownictwo, which is also the general contractor for the investment. Plans include the construction of a 6-story office building, a social-office building, and a warehouse.

"We have been discussing plans to expand our headquarters for several years, and now it is time for concrete action. The new building is not only a six-story office space and a large warehouse that will meet our ever-growing needs. Above all, it will be an innovative workplace for over 200 AS-PL employees, who will have access to modern spaces, green zones, and a rooftop terrace. From the very beginning, AS-PL has focused on innovation – we use modern technological solutions to streamline production, warehousing, and sales processes. That is why the new building has been designed with our current and future needs in mind" says Sebastian Wencel, Director of Logistics at AS-PL.

Dekpol Budownictwo will construct a 6-story office building with a rooftop terrace on the 5th floor, a social-office building, and a warehouse with a multi-level shelving system covering over 6,600 square meters of usable space. The contractor will also implement technical infrastructure and build an access road. The project will include an ecological approach, with photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle chargers, a green roof, and rain gardens. The new facilities will feature high-quality finishes and facades.

The planned completion date for the project is mid-2025.
