April is Stress Awareness Month, and Ben has revealed the results from their latest survey in which 66% of automotive workers identified stress as the most common health & wellbeing issue they face. This was followed by poor sleep and low mood, both at 62%.
The survey also revealed that the proportion of people suffering from stress in the workplace has increased by 8% since last year, with ‘high workloads’, ‘pressure to meet targets’ and ‘not enough staff’ driving this. You can read more in the report.
