DENSO’s popular webinars are now available on demand

Launched as the country went into its first national lockdown last year, DENSO has continued to develop its online education programme as the industry has responded to changing habits and the practical difficulty of meeting, and working, face to face.

The company’s programme encompasses both IMI accredited training and formulated e-Learning modules, and in depth, instructional webinars, which, although always free to view, have up to now, only been available at a set date and time.

However, as DENSO is always looking to improve the way it delivers its knowledge and make life easier for technicians, its webinars are now available on demand via GoToStage, through the DENSO website.

“The DENSO way is one of continuous improvement,” explains DENSO Europe, Pan European Strategic Marketing Manager, Fatiha Laauich, “so, in common with our desire to supply only the very best replacement parts through our original equipment (OE) quality aftermarket programme, we always want to improve both the content and the way we deliver our technical knowledge.

“Our webinars have always had a great deal of detailed content, and although very popular, being at a fixed date and time meant that not everyone could benefit from the valuable information they contain.

“However, we have now upgraded our digital platform and are therefore able to use GoToStage to allow technicians to view them on demand, at a date and time that best suits them, rather than having to fit their working day around a scheduled slot.

“Technicians can still register for the live events, which have the advantage of allowing attendees to engage with the DENSO technical experts through a Q & A session following the presentation, and we have already migrated some of the existing air conditioning webinars to the new platform, and these can be accessed via: https://www.gotostage.com/channel/densowebinarsen.

“Alongside this useful on demand viewing development, we also have some exciting new webinars in the pipeline, which will be of a slightly different format and provide more bite-sized information that technicians can take away and apply immediately.
