Digraph and LKQ set sights on growth following record sales year

Date: Thursday 07 March 2024

Digraph – the UK’s leading distributor of commercial heavy goods vehicle (HGV), bus and coach parts – has marked a successful first six months as part of LKQ UK & Ireland by announcing record sales figures for 2023.

Driven by investment in supply chain and inventory, the strong sales performance characterises a pivotal year for the business following its acquisition by LKQ UK & Ireland in July.

Digraph has been integrated into the LKQ UK & Ireland group alongside LKQ Euro Car Parts, LKQ Bodyshop and LKQ Leisure and Marine (formerly Arleigh Group), allowing it to benefit from access to the business’s best-in-class fleet, inventory and IT infrastructure.

Representatives from Digraph’s 21-strong branch network and head office team played a prominent role at LKQ’s recent Branch Manager Conference – an opportunity for leaders from across the group to discuss how best to leverage their unrivalled experience and expertise to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.

David Dimbleby, Commercial Director at Digraph, said: “We’ve worked closely with LKQ UK & Ireland since 2017, and last year’s acquisition felt like the natural next step in our relationship, built on our mutual ambition to do whatever it takes to keep our customers on the road.

“The progress made by the business over the past six months is a testament to these shared values and the hard work of our growing colleague network.

“And with work ongoing to integrate us further with the wider LKQ logistical, digital and fleet infrastructure, we look forward to continuing to cement our position in the UK’s HGV, bus and coach market in the years ahead.”

Kevan Wooden, CEO at LKQ UK & Ireland added: “This is a pivotal time for the aftermarket, with our response to key challenges – from right to repair legislation to the net zero transition – integral in determining the sector’s direction of travel in the years ahead.

“Collaboration and integration will be key to ensuring that we fulfil our promise to keep customers moving. We have lots of exciting plans in the pipeline for the business – from product launches to geographical expansion – and we look forward to helping Digraph go from strength to strength over the next twelve months.”
