Fil Filter Europe streamlines customer journey with TecCom implementation

Automotive filter specialist Fil Filter Europe has streamlined its customer journey with the implementation of TecCom.

Fil Filter Europe, based in Northampton, has installed the TecCom electronic trading platform to offer real-time stock availability and create efficiencies in the ordering process.

Sean Barnie, sales and marketing manager at Fil Filter, said:

“Since Fil Filter’s European launch, a key element of the business’ strategy has always been accessibility. Implementing an online ordering system complements the Fil Filter approach to ensuring our customers’ experiences are as convenient as possible.

Fil Filter’s primary operation is in the supply of OE filters, spanning the passenger car, commercial vehicle and industrial markets, including cabin, air, oil, fuel, hydraulic and AdBlue filters. The European division of the company headquartered in Turkey holds a 15,000 ft2 stockholding facility in Northampton.

The introduction of TecCom complements Fil Filter’s online catalogue, meaning customers can quickly reference part numbers to enquire on stock and availability.
