Gender Pay Gap Reporting

The IAAF's legal helpline partner, Lawgistics, have previously given advice about the Gender Pay Gap Reporting. Organisations with 250 or more employees will be required to report annually on their gender pay gap. For the public sector, this is due to come into force on 30th March 2021, and for the private or voluntary sector, this is effective from 4th April 2021.

However, due to COVID-19, the enforcement of the gender pay gap reporting regulations has been pushed back, which means these will not come into play until 5th October 2021.
Organisations are still being encouraged to report on time with the information if they are able to.
