GS Yuasa team up with Tunnock’s to offer treats to vehicle technicians

The industry leading battery manufacturer GS Yuasa have announced a new partnership with world-famous confectionary brand Tunnock’s. The partnership sees the two brands join forces to feed the nation’s vehicle technicians over winter, a period associated with high rates of battery failure.

Available at no cost with qualifying purchases of Yuasa and GS-branded batteries from participating distributors across the UK and Ireland, the ongoing promotion will see vehicle technicians receive a free pack of Tunnock’s Snowballs with their battery purchases over winter.

The Treat Yourself to a Tunnock’s initiative follows the huge success of GS Yuasa’s snack pack and eggstra promotions and brings together two iconic brands and long-time supporters of the three-time BTCC Champion Gordon ‘Flash’ Shedden who fronts the campaign. This latest initiative will see nearly half a million individual snowballs shipped across the UK and Ireland as the two global leaders join forces.

A comprehensive marketing plan has been created in support of the campaign with the two brands working closely to create engaging, and never seen before content.

Each promotional pack contains eight snacktastic Snowballs as well as a unique code for the battery manufacturer’s exclusive competition.
