IAAF Letter regarding Van Drivers

During the first lockdown in the Spring, the IAAF received reports that motor factor van drivers had been stopped and asked to supply an authorisation letter to justify their journey. In response, the IAAF produced a letter which was able to be used in such circumstances.
As a precaution, following the government's introduction of a second period of lockdown, the IAAF has produced an updated version of this letter (see attachment below), which can be downloaded and printed off for use by delivery drivers should they be challenged.
