The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation

IAAF welcomes Gosnay’s to its membership

Date: Wednesday 02 February 2022

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) is continuing to bolster its growing network and has added its second new member of the year, Gosnay’s Engineering Company Ltd to its membership.

Entering the market in 1935, over the past eight decades Gosnay’s has established itself as a leader in providing precision workshop services and the supplying of engine components for vehicles of all types and ages, whether for competition or on-road and off-road use.

As well as engine parts for modern vehicles, the company’s trade counter can also provide difficult-to-source engine parts and components for older vehicles. This includes a comprehensive range of original parts, which has been built up over many years based upon its expert team’s knowledge of parts required for veteran vintage and classic engines.

Gosnay’s experience is also regularly relied upon for work on a vast range of engines, from machining parts and components, to providing specialist skills such as white metalling of bearings.

Adrian Wilkes, Managing Director of Gosnay’s (pictured on the right), comments:

“With more than 80 years history and by keeping on top of the changes in materials and technologies in the motor industry, we are able to offer the automotive aftermarket technical skills and expertise that we have gained from working on a wide variety of machinery. This enables the sector to continue to develop and work on more efficient engines and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with the IAAF network.”

As an IAAF member, Gosnay’s will have access to many of the federation’s benefits, including entry to industry networking events, insights into the IAAF’s lobbying activities to protect the automotive aftermarket, a free legal helpline, credit protection advice and lifestyle protection plans.

Mike Smallbone, Head of Membership Development at the IAAF, comments:

“Gosnay’s has established itself as a long-standing engineering expert within the automotive aftermarket and we’re delighted to have the team on board, as we’re sure their industry knowhow will be of great benefit to our members.”
