Klarius appoints Mark Raines as Associate Marketing Director

Date: Friday 08 July 2022

Klarius has announced the appointment of its new Associate Marketing Director, Mark Raines. With a proven track record in industrial and retail markets both in the UK and abroad, Mark will provide strategic support in further driving forward the company’s diversification and expansion.

“I am thrilled to join the Klarius team at such an exciting time for the business. The expansion and growth that the group is experiencing is fantastic and I’m very pleased to be able to get involved with the company’s success in both new and existing markets,” Mark said.

Mark started his career in 2005, spending the first 6 years working as a salesman in industrial consumables, before having the opportunity to move into a marketing role for the same business. In 2014 he joined Bosch Power Tool Accessories in Switzerland where he worked with a team of product managers, development engineers and key account managers looking after a globally sold, multi-million Euro portfolio.

After building strategic experience and involving himself in market research, competitor analysis and user experience projects, Mark returned to the UK in 2020 as Head of Marketing at C.K Tools, building an agile in-house marketing team there.

The Klarius Group of Companies includes Klarius Products, the UK’s largest manufacturer of aftermarket exhausts; KMT, a provider of bespoke machinery to rail, automotive and industrial OEMs; Emissco, a leading manufacturer of fluids and aerosols and AutoLogistiks, a dedicated logistics operation. Mark will assist in developing and coordinating marketing strategy across these brands, with a focus on the European market.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Mark to the team. Our company is growing, and we need people to help shape this growth into the future. From a marketing and strategic point of view, this is exactly what Mark will provide,” concludes Mark Brickhill, CEO at Klarius.
