LKQ Europe Welcomes Andras Lorincz as CEO for the Company’s Central and Eastern European Business

In November 2020, Andras Lorincz will join LKQ Europe bringing in-depth regional and global industry experience with him.

Based in Prague, Czech Republic, Andras Lorincz will become CEO of LKQ Europe’s Central and Eastern European business with presence in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, the Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and a minority share in Elit Kar in Bulgaria. LKQ Europe is one of the market leaders in this region having experienced strong growth rates in the past.

Andras Lorincz has previously held the position of Vice President of Sales for HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA’s global Independent Aftermarket business. He has also held various other roles at this leading global automotive supplier. Previously, Andras was once Sales Manager and, later, General Manager for Elit Romania, which is now part of LKQ.

LKQ in Central and Eastern Europe is focused on wholesale and retail customers. There is a solid base of wholesale and fleet customers in addition to workshops supported by a network of workshop concepts. There is also a very substantial expert offering with respect to garage equipment and training for workshops, which is the most comprehensive in the market.

With a strong B2C segment, customers, mainly in the Czech Republic, utilize its online store for spare parts and accessories.
