MAHLE strengthens customer service team

MAHLE Aftermarket UK has promoted Marta Cameron to Customer Service Manager – a role that will see her lead and support the department, as the company continues its commitment to nurturing staff and promoting from within.

In the new role, Cameron will manage and support the whole UK customer service team, provide assistance to key customer accounts and carry out tasks such as credit check and account creation.

Joining MAHLE in 2015, Cameron has continued to progress and become a valuable member to the team. Previously Customer Service Advisor at MAHLE, Cameron has over 15 years’ experience in customer service roles and will bring a wealth of expertise to the new position. In her latest role, Cameron will be helping to expand MAHLE’s e-Commerce and online services, which has additional functionality to provide MAHLE customers with more control over any issues they may encounter.

Cameron comments:
