Melett to further support international customers at Automechanika Frankfurt

Date: Wednesday 10 August 2022

Melett is bringing its turbocharger expertise to Automechanika Frankfurt this September, as the aftermarket specialist continues to support its trusted repair partners across an international stage.

Taking place from 13th – 17th September 2022, the return of the world’s largest automotive aftermarket trade show provides Melett with the opportunity to meet with key industry professionals and highlight the important work its team and its partners have been involved in over the past few years. Visitors will find Melett’s team in hall 3.1 on stand G41.

Darren Johnson, group sales director at Melett, commented:

“The past few years have not been easy for any industry, and the aftermarket is no exception. However, the resilience of our sector is clear to see right throughout the supply chain and it’s been great to witness the entire industry pull together through these testing times.
“We understand that these difficulties will not disappear overnight, as a combination of the rising cost of living, increasing raw material prices and an ageing vehicle parc means that now more than ever we need to remain ahead of the curve and continue to offer support by communicating and investing in engineering and manufacturing. This is essential to help to dramatically increase the number of new products being developed, as we continuously introduce new products to meet market demand.”

Melett is renowned for producing OE quality products to help the turbo aftermarket produce the highest quality repairs, and visitors to the show will learn more about Melett’s world-class performance in development, engineering and manufacturing.

Operating ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, Melett incorporates the highest level of inspection throughout every stage of production, ensuring products conform to the correct design, fit and function requirements.

Significant investment in Melett’s own manufacturing, turbocharger and core production facilities gives Melett 100 percent control of the complete production process.

Johnson added:

“Choosing a quality turbo repair specialist not only helps reduce warranty returns, provides peace of mind and protects business reputation, it also helps improve the overall reputation of the aftermarket.
“Melett is a trusted partner to the aftermarket and has a strong team who are passionate about working with the very best turbo repair specialists to ensure technicians can fit parts that are suitable, safe and reliable. We’re looking forward to getting in front of our valued customers once again and showing our gratitude for their continued support.”

Recognised as the reliable supply partner by small turbo repair workshops through to large volume and OE turbo remanufacturing facilities, Melett is an approved supplier to several vehicle manufacturers for their own aftermarket turbo programmes.

The company will be showcasing its extensive range of part numbers covering the most popular turbo models, as well as many less popular models, at the event.

In addition to turbochargers and core assemblies, Melett’s expansive range includes everything from individual turbo parts, upgrade parts and repair kits, through to an extensive range of turbine and compressor wheels, bearing housings, seal plates, heat shields, electronic and pneumatic actuators, variable nozzle ring assemblies, and a large selection of oversize journal bearings and piston rings.

Melett’s team will also be highlighting the vast amount of turbo information available to customers via its website www.melett.com, which provides extensive product information, technical guides & videos, turbo tips and industry news.
