NAPA Launches Premium DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid

Automotive aftermarket manufacturer NAPA has expanded its Brake Fluid catalogue with the launch of a new DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid for premium performance.
Brake fluid is essential to the safe function of the braking system. It must be able to withstand high heat to avoid vapour lock and brake failure. This high-purity DOT 5.1 fluid from NAPA exceeds international fluid grade standards to ensure safety in the most extreme conditions. With a dry boiling point of 260°C and a wet boiling point of 180°C, brake performance and resistance to vapour lock are greatly enhanced.
In addition to maximum heat resistance, NAPA DOT 5.1 is developed with a synthetic formulation of polyethylene glycol ether technology to ensure anti-corrosion, pH modulation, lubricity, and rubber-swell modification for a significantly extended lifespan. Improved viscosity also provides an extra margin of safety, even under extremely hot or cold climates.
Compatible with all parts of a braking system — including ABS — NAPA DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid is ideal for modern, high-performance vehicles as well as older-model automotive and commercial vehicles.
