New Appointments Strengthen Diesel Technic UK Sales Team

• Key appointments to sales and customer service teams increases support to partners and end user fleets across the country. 
Diesel Technic UK has announced key new appointments to its sales and customer service teams, strengthening the company’s presence across the country. 
Reporting to Diesel Technic UK’s General Manager, Mark Todd, Luke Winship has been appointed Sales Manager Central Region and Kevin Petrie joins as Sales Manager North and Northern Ireland.  They join Peter Shufflebotham Sales Manager Southern Region and Jane Highton Pricing & Product Analyst in the Sales Team working out of Diesel Technic UK’s headquarters in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
Included in this new investment, Andrew Beaumont has also been promoted to Head of Operations managing the logistics team and two new team members in Customer Service department, Lee Harris our new Parts Specialist and Natalie Lawton Customer Service Coordinator.
Mark Todd confirmed that these latest appointments are part of an on-going development programme to grow Diesel Technic’s customer base in the UK by increasing the support available to partners and end user fleets. He says: “By ensuring we have the very best talent in our logistics, customer service & sales team, we are fully focused on building our DT Spare Parts brand in the UK and delivering long term success for our customers and our company.”
Luke Winship brings over 12 years’ experience in commercial vehicle parts aftermarket, specialising in wholesale distribution, working with factors and buying groups as well as vehicle manufacturers at central or local dealer level.  Based in Wolverhampton, Luke is responsible for growing and managing Diesel Technic’s business with partners across the Central area of England and Wales up to the M62 corridor.  He has held sales manager and business development positions at Euro car Parts, Globe and most recently Majorsell Ltd. 
Kevin Petrie brings a wealth of experience to the role of Sales Manager North and Northern Ireland Region, with over 30 years in automotive aftermarket sales covering passenger car, LCV and commercial vehicles.  He has held sales manager and business development positions at Ring, UC, Wurth and most recently SIP Industrial Products Ltd.
