New Partbusters website makes finding high-quality parts quick and easy

Date: Monday 24 January 2022

Tech innovator and automotive parts and crash repair products supplier, Partbusters, has launched a slick new e-commerce website, helping technicians and enthusiasts find required parts easier and faster than ever before.

The platform has been designed to service both the retail and trade sectors with exciting new innovations planned for gradual release over 2022 and 2023.

The clean, aesthetically pleasing website, www.partbusters.com, has been designed to offer additional support to customers, with customers able to easily identify the correct part at the click of a button, simply by entering their vehicle registration into a handy look-up tool.

Parts are all listed in easy-to-identify categories, with seasonal offers and essentials also available via the site.

Customers can also browse through the wide range of top manufacturers and brands that Partbusters supplies, highlighting the high quality of parts available.

There is also an instant chat function, providing customers with immediate support, when needed, via an online help centre.

Haroon Hussain, Partbusters CSO, said:

“We’re constantly developing the products and services we offer to ensure customers have access to the very best support available. Our new website has been specially designed to make the buying process as efficient as possible, while also providing additional information and support to showcase our commitment to sourcing parts from the most established brands in the aftermarket.
“We have even added a pre-set make and model look-up service for vehicle mechanics and technicians to use – ensuring a near zero operator margin of error when searching for vehicle parts.”

In recent months, Partbusters has been working closely with established aftermarket specialists to ensure customers have access to the best brands in the aftermarket.

With more and more customers enquiring and placing orders through the platform, the distributor – with three sites in Newcastle, Birmingham and London – is bringing new ideas to the automotive aftermarket, all designed to create efficiencies in the business.

Partbusters works on strategic partnerships with suppliers and motor factors, which extend well beyond the supply of parts, including the creation of exclusive marketing material and information, to further promote the brands it sells.

The website is now available at www.partbusters.com.
