Nutexa promote benefits of mountain biking on mental health

Manufacturer of braking friction material Nutexa Frictions has joined forces with Total MTB, a not-for-profit community centred around the benefits of mountain biking on mental health.
Nutexa Frictions is a leading manufacturer of braking friction components, including a new high-end brake fluid specially engineered for enduro and downhill mountain bike racing.
Total MTB advocates for the positive effects of outdoor sport on mental health and also works to ensure the smallest footprint on forest trails from its group rides by funding new saplings and tree planting works.
With its #LetsAllRide and You’re Not Alone campaigns, Total MTB signposts those needing mental health support to the right services, and encourages people of all ages, genders and faiths to get out on their bikes to help physical and mentally.
