OSRAM brings light to life with new lightbar

Automotive OE lighting specialist, OSRAM, has released the latest addition to its range of LEDriving® driving & working lights, the VX1000 lightbar.

With 36 powerful, high-performance OSRAM long-life LEDs, its combination beam is designed for both far-field and near-field illumination. It has a range of up to 525 metres and provides drivers with impressive brightness both on-road and off-road.

The lightbar’s colour temperature of up to 6000K (Kelvin) has a light colour similar to daylight and homogeneous light distribution.

Whether on-road or off-road, the VX1000 also impresses with its powerful performance and a long service life of up to 5000 hours.

Thanks to high quality materials, such as the aluminum housing and the stable polycarbonate lens, it is particularly light and at the same time robust and resistant.

What’s more, the integrated driver and the thermal management system regulate the temperature of the LED Lightbar and can thus prevent damage from overheating.

The polarity protection inhibits the wrong polarity of the voltage supply and can prevent possible damage by automatically switching off the LEDs.

The Lightbar VX1000-CB SM can be mounted to cars, trucks, agricultural machinery, farm machinery, commercial vehicles, construction vehicles, caravans, off-road vehicles and quad bikes.
