Ring Automotive hails UK Garage & Bodyshop event 2022 a hit

Date: Friday 24 June 2022

Ring Automotive has hailed the industry’s first UK Garage and Bodyshop Event a huge success, with garage and bodyshop owners flocking in their thousands to visit the highly anticipated event.

Over the course of the two days, Ring’s team of experts were on hand to present its latest product line up to the 3,538 visitors at the event, including its award-winning battery and tyre care products, inspection lamps, bulb stands and trolley chargers, to name a few.

A popular product was the company’s new SmartCharge Pro range of 30A, 50A, 60A and 100A battery chargers, suitable for intensive use across mixed vehicle fleets.

With 12/24V-output, and battery support functions, the SmartCharge Pro range allows technicians to charge batteries quickly and run diagnostic work without draining the battery.

These units complement Ring’s RBAG750 Digital Battery Analyser, to give a total battery care package, from fault finding within the electrical system, to repair and charging.

Visitors were also able to spy a first look at the newly launched RIL6000 series, a professional range of inspection lamps within Ring’s multi award-winning MAGflex range, providing vehicle technicians and enthusiasts with the required lighting for any job, while highlighting its commitment to embracing evolving technology.

What’s more, Ring’s handy new bulb stand also proved popular with technician visitors. The new BU175 pre-stocked bulb stand enables them to have the most popular automotive bulbs at the point of installation.

Henry Bisson, Marketing Director at Ring, said:

“We had a really productive and busy few days at the event, experiencing lots of traffic to our stand from engaged and highly interested vehicle technicians, which is fantastic. Our new inspection lamp range proved really popular too, and we really enjoyed being back in front of everyone and catching up with new and familiar faces once again.”
