For technical advice, application information or part number confirmation, the Schaeffler REPXPERT Hotline provides immediate access to an experienced member of the Schaeffler technical team, who will be able to answer any questions regarding LuK Transmission, INA Engine or FAG Chassis products.

By using the dedicated Hotline number, 0872 737 0037, technicians will be connected directly to a technical expert who can provide the up-to-date information and support they need to get problem vehicles back on the road as quickly and simply as possible. The team can also provide accurate application information or correct part number confirmation to reassure sales staff at parts distributors.

The customer services number for order and returns enquiries remains as 01432 264264, but it’s important to note that calls to this number cannot be transferred to the technical team, so for technical and part number enquiries please use the Hotline number!

Calls to the Schaeffler REPXPERT Hotline are charged at 13p per minute and may be subject to a service charge depending on your service provider and contract.
