Updated figures from DVSA on MOT volume forecasts

Following on from previous information released at the beginning of November, the DVSA has now produced updated figures for November and an updated forecast for December, broken down by postcode, to help understand how demand will vary by area.
Good progress is being made and DVSA is continuing to share the data with the IAAF to help members plan for this challenging time.
