WAI range expansion delivers new rotating electrics references

Leading rotating electrics supplier WAI has expanded its range of starter motors and alternators with the addition of five new parts.

To meet the exacting quality demands of the UK aftermarket and the needs of the constantly expanding used vehicle parc, WAI has introduced two new starter motors and three new alternators to its range.

WAI’s latest starter motor additions to its high-quality range this month include part 31083-OS, a 1.5kW 11T starter for Mercedes A-Class (2018-), B-Class (2018-), CLA models (2019-) and GLA models (2020-).

Additionally, new WAI reference 31084-OS provides a 1.4kW 12T starter motor for 1.3 litre-engined Nissan Qashqai (2018-), Renault Scenic (2018-), Renault Megane (2018-), Renault Captur (2020-) and Dacia Duster (2019-) cars.

WAI’s latest alternator references are suitable for a range of popular passenger cars with the 90A alternator 24222-OS fitting 1.2 litre Renault Megane (2013-) and Scenic (2016-) models. A 120A alternator, part 21605-OS, is also added to the range to fit 1.3 litre-engined Renault Clio (2019-), Megane (2018-) and Captur (2020-) cars.

Also added to the alternator range is part 21498N, a 140A alternator suitable for 2.0 litre, diesel-engined Opel/Vauxhall Insignia (2014-), Zafira (2013-2018), Cascada (2015-2018) and Antara (2016-) cars.

WAI’s new-to-range references are available now at its extended stockholding facility at the company’s head office in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. The extension provides more than 900 additional pallet spaces, with additional racking for more stock holding capabilities to provide quicker delivery to customers.
