GS Yuasa introduces new customer communication system
The battery manufacturer has kindly asked all customers to begin using its new contact details, with the aim of completing the transition by 1st January 2027.
The companies welcomed a high volume of visitors to its impressive stand (J-09), which held an extensive display of their combined products. OSRAM had its bulbs, inspection lamps and professional dash camera offerings, and Ring showcased its workshop battery care products and its Core Consumables portfolio.
Visitors were able handle product and experience all the features, with a particular interest in OSRAM’s inspection lights and Ring’s battery care range. Experts were on hand to discuss products, offer advice and perform product demonstrations.
Marketing Director for Ring, Henry Bisson, commented: “Auto Trade Expo was yet again a fantastic show for us. The Irish market is really important market for both our brands, and therefore this show supports connections with customers and consumers. The numbers are always high and its tremendous for us to be part of it.
“It was brilliant to see the end users who have our products, discuss with them the latest products and even introduce them to ranges they were unaware we held. Since the last Auto Trade Expo in 2024 a lot has changed at Ring and OSRAM, for instance, the inspection lamps and dash cameras have moved from Ring branding to OSRAM, so this was the perfect opportunity to introduce the strategic shift to the Irish market, which was well received.”
