GS Yuasa introduces new customer communication system
The battery manufacturer has kindly asked all customers to begin using its new contact details, with the aim of completing the transition by 1st January 2027.
“This was a Budget of small steps when businesses needed a clear plan for growth. For the independent automotive aftermarket, it offered little reassurance on the pressures holding back investment, recruitment and training.
“Support for motorists and fleet operators is welcome, but it must be matched by support for the businesses who need the confidence and capacity to invest in their workforce, equipment and future.
“Growth comes from businesses investing, creating jobs and generating tax receipts. Government must recognise the independent aftermarket’s contribution and give it the backing it needs.
“The IAAF will continue pressing for practical support for our sector and action to protect the right to repair, safeguarding fair competition and motorists’ freedom to choose where their vehicles are serviced and repaired.”
