Renowned auto accessory giant, Ring Automotive, has been shortlisted for the Innovation Award at the CAT Awards for its ULTRAINFLATE 20.
Ring has been at the forefront of creating new and exciting products for the aftermarket for decades and is now being recognised in one of the largest awards ceremonies in the industry, the CAT Awards.
The company has been shortlisted for the Innovation Award, the product this award is based around is the ULTRAINFLATE 20 tyre inflator, which boasts a large digital display and programmable auto-stop function, ensuring precise inflation every time. A progress bar on the display screen, allows users to track the inflation process, indicating how much pressure is still required to meet the set target.
Last year, the ULTRAINFLATE 20 won Auto Express’s Best Buy for Tyre Inflators, scoring five out of five stars, showcasing that while the price is competitive, it’s still a fantastic and affordbale product.
Marketing Director, Henry Bisson, commented: “We’re very excited to be in the running for the Innovation Award from CAT, it’s a competitive category but we’ve had so much positive feedback on this product that we’re confident in our entire tyre inflator range.
“When we developed the ULTRAINFLATE 20, we wanted to ensure it included everything a driver would want from a tyre inflator, it’s easy to use, simple to understand, doesn’t take too much time to inflate and it’s stress free to put back into a storage bag or the box it came in.
“Tyres are the only point of contact between a vehicle has with the road and should be looked after a lot more than they are. We have found during our market research that people are not checking their tyres enough, so with this award winning ULTRAINFLATE 20 product and how quick and easy it makes checking, and if needed, inflating, tyres, we’re sure underinflated and therefore, unsafe, tyres will become a thing of the past!”
