WAI looks forward to a successful 2026 after full integration with PSH complete

Wednesday 8 Apr 2026

WAI is looking forward to a successful 2026 after completing the full integration of Pos Service Holland (PSH), marking a major milestone in its growth strategy following the acquisition in late 2024.

Over the past 12 months, WAI has successfully brought together teams, operations and infrastructure across both organisations to create a single, fully aligned business serving customers across the UK, Europe and beyond. The integration has now been finalised, with all planned objectives delivered, positioning the business for its next phase of growth.

WAI continues to strengthen its position as a trusted global leader in rotating electrics, combining global expertise with a high-quality product portfolio and an expanding European footprint. WAI plays a central role in delivering first-to-market solutions across the region, offering more than 50,000 SKUs, with over 1,000 new products introduced in 2025 alone, ensuring strong coverage for the latest vehicle applications.

A key element of the integration was the consolidation of UK warehousing, with operations relocating from Bognor Regis to a larger, more advanced facility in Huddersfield. The move has significantly increased stockholding capacity, improved logistics efficiency and enabled later order cut-off times – all designed to enhance service levels and delivery performance for customers.

WAI’s European operations are supported by its main distribution centre in Poland, alongside additional warehouse facilities in the Netherlands, France, Spain and the UK. This strategically positioned network strengthens local availability while maintaining the scale and efficiency of a central hub, delivering high product availability, reduced lead times and consistent service levels across the continent.

All WAI products are engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications and undergo rigorous performance and durability testing. Beyond rotating electrics, WAI’s expanding range also includes AC compressors and condensers, engine management components, wiper motors, window regulators and EV charging cables.

Richard Welland, Chief Commercial Officer at WAI Global, said: “The integration of WAI and PSH has been a significant undertaking, and I’m incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved. We set out with a clear plan to align our people, facilities, systems and customer offering – and we’ve delivered on that. The result is a stronger, more unified organisation with greater capability and improved service for our customers.”

With the integration phase complete, WAI enters 2026 with a clear focus on consistency, growth and customer partnership.

Welland added: “We are now operating as one business, with one team and one clear direction. It’s very much business as usual, but with greater scale, stronger infrastructure and a broader product offering. Our focus now is on building momentum, delivering consistently and continuing to support our customers as the market evolves.”
