Viviers takes on the role following more than three years with ZF Services UK, where he served as Technical Sales Engineer for Rail. His career with ZF began in 2016 at ZF South Africa, where he managed the company’s Heavy Mining Division across the African continent. He relocated to the UK in December 2022 to join ZF Services UK as Technical Sales Engineer for Rail, working closely alongside then Business Manager, Simon Hargreaves. His promotion to Business Manager – Rail took effect in June 2026.
David Morgan, Head of Global Centre of Competence Rail at ZF Aftermarket, said: “Warren’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects the expertise, commitment and leadership qualities he has demonstrated throughout his time with ZF. Since joining our UK rail team, he has built strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, while developing an excellent understanding of both the technical and commercial requirements of the rail industry.

We are delighted to see Warren take the next step in his career and look forward to supporting him as he continues to drive growth and deliver value for our customers.”
Commenting on his appointment, Warren said: “I am delighted to have stepped into the role of Business Manager – Rail at ZF. Building on my background in technical sales, I am now focused on driving business performance, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting sustainable growth across the UK rail sector.
“With increasing emphasis on reliability, efficiency and innovation across the industry, I am excited to play a role in ensuring ZF continues to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of operators and stakeholders.”
Warren believes his experience working across technical, commercial and customer-facing functions will be key to his success in the role. His strengths include cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management and identifying opportunities for growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Warren enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, exploring new places and pursuing his passion for cars.
The appointment forms part of ZF Aftermarket’s ongoing investment in its rail business, ensuring customers across the UK and Ireland continue to benefit from strong technical support, industry expertise and innovative solutions.
