Ben Clarke, Branch Manager at Butlers Automotive, part of the Autosupplies Group, has been recognised as one of the rising stars of the industry, having been named in the Automechanika Birmingham’s Thirty Under 30 awards.

The awards, launched this year at Automechanika Birmingham 2025, celebrates the most promising young talent in the automotive industry, and Clarke’s inclusion in this year’s list is a testament to his dedication, exceptional leadership and passion for the trade.

Clarke’s journey in the motor trade began at an early age, accompanying his father, David Clarke, Managing Director of the Autosupplies Group, to the motor factor on weekends and in the school holidays from just eight years old. His early exposure laid a strong foundation for a career built on hands-on experience, hard work and a thirst for knowledge.

Upon finishing school, Clarke formally joined Butlers Automotive and committed to learning every aspect of the business by working across all departments. His dedication and willingness to understand every function of the company quickly set him apart. Now, as Branch Manager, Ben has been instrumental in driving growth and enhancing customer service across the Autosupplies Group.
