Welcome Party – 3 December

The Welcome Party takes place at 7:30pm at the Red Dot Bar in the DoubleTree Hilton Milton Keynes.

IAAF Annual Conference

1. What are the timings for the conference?

The conference networking begins at 8.45am with the first presentation beginning at 9.30am. Lunch will be around 12.20 and the conference will end at 3pm with an hour of networking till 4pm.

2. Where does the conference take place?

The conference takes place in main ballroom on the first floor.

3. What is the dress code?

Dress code for the conference is Business Attire. Smart Casual is also acceptable.

4. Can I still buy tickets?

Yes, tickets are still available for the conference. Please email angela@iaaf.co.uk

5. Will I be able to grab copies of the presentation?

IAAF will make copies of power points available to members.

Annual Awards Dinner 

1. What are the timings of the Annual Awards Dinner?

The Happy Half Hour pre-dinner drinks begins at 6:30pm in the pre-function room with a call to dinner at 7pm in the main ballroom

2. Can I still buy tickets?

The event is sold out.

3. Bar Closures 

The bars will close at approximately 7pm for one hour and 21:45 for one hour.

1. What time is check-in/Check-out?

Check-in: 3pm

Check-out: 12pm

2. How will I check-in? 

Check in will be done via a special group check-in area in the hotel reception.
