Wednesday 29 Apr 2026

Intermotor Group has announced it will make its debut appearance at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo 2026, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion into the Australian market.

Taking place from 14th – 16th May at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, the Expo is Australia’s largest automotive trade event, bringing together more than 400 brands and thousands of industry professionals to showcase the latest products, technologies and innovations in the sector.

Intermotor will use the event to showcase its engineering excellence and high-quality product range, highlighting its capabilities across engine management, ignition, fuelling and emissions control systems to a global audience of workshops, distributors and industry specialists.

The exhibition follows the company’s recent investment in the region, including the appointment of a new dedicated General Manager of Oceania, as part of its commitment to expanding its presence across Australia and New Zealand.

Commenting on the company’s debut at the show, Martin Turner, Marketing Director at Intermotor Group said: “Exhibiting at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo for the first time represents an important milestone for Intermotor Group. It provides the ideal platform to introduce our brand to the region, demonstrate our engineering expertise and showcase the quality and depth of our product offering, whilst building strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.”

The move reflects Intermotor’s continued investment in Australia, as it builds its presence in the region and reinforces its long-standing reputation for engineering expertise.

Intermotor recently returned to its heritage brand name, Intermotor Group, reinforcing its identity as a trusted supplier in the market.

Turner added: “Returning to the Intermotor brand is about reconnecting with our heritage while looking firmly to the future. As we grow our presence in Australia, we remain focused on delivering the quality, reliability and technical excellence that customers expect from Intermotor.”

Visitors to the Intermotor stand at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo will have the opportunity to explore the company’s latest products and speak with the team, including its recently appointed General Manager of Oceania, Darren Van Gerrevink, about solutions designed to support modern vehicle diagnostics and repair.
