Schaeffler has revealed that it will be increasing the value of its REPXPERT points, so members will get more ‘bang for their buck’ in the bonus shop!

Schaeffler’s REPXPERT knowledge base and loyalty scheme, available as a free app, has proved extremely popular since its launch, with over 20,000 garage owners and mechanics benefitting from the platform. One of the most popular perks of being a member is being able to spend bonus points on a range of fantastic items in the bonus shop. Collecting points is easy, members simply use the app to scan the unique OneCode found on any Schaeffler product label box and press ‘collect points’.

To add even more value to members, Schaeffler has recently added a range of DeWalt tools and GearX premium clothing to the bonus shop. The team has now also decided to reduce the cost in points of all items available in the shop, including Laser tools, so members will get even more ‘bang for their buck’!

Marketing Executive, Kian Patel, who manages the REPXPERT platform in the UK, commented: “We haven’t had members complaining about the amount of points needed to redeem items, but with the cost of living crisis and everything being more expensive, we thought we’d go the other way in the REPXPERT bonus shop to help technicians out.

“We’re proud of what we do to help technicians with their daily work, as they are the lifeblood of the industry and need to be looked after as much as possible, so this is just a small way of saying thank you to them for being members.”

Visitors to the REPXPERT Conference on 14th May will be able to see a range of bonus shop products from Laser, DeWalt and REPXPERT, as well as a 5,000 bonus point reward to spend in the shop, simply by scanning the unique code printed in in the event programme.
